Getting letters from family, friends, employers and even pastors, etc. does NOT guarentee you making bond, but it does strengthen your chances.
Private Attorney or Public Defender? Be wise in your choice of representation. Don't think a paid attorney is better and that a court appointed lawyer is just going through the motions. This is not always the case.
You do not all the LAWS that's pertaining to your case, but you do know all of FACTS. Sharing those facts with your attorney can make a differnce in you winning or losing your case.

Having spent 22 years in the Federal Legal System, James has successfully filed countless motions in the District Courts, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court on his behalf and the behalf of others. Also challenging many proceedures and policies of the Bureau of prisons.
Still fighting the good fight, James has founded the nonprofit organization entitled The Reinvention Center. The center is established to help offenders not to reoffend. Those that run the risk of offending to NOT do so. And all others that may be in need of our ever growing resources.
