In this book there are break down of court rules, sample motions, and other things that will be helpful.
Getting letters from family, friends, employers and even pastors, etc. does NOT guarentee you making bond, but it does strengthen your chances.
Private Attorney or Public Defender? Be wise in your choice of representation. Don't think a paid attorney is better and that a court appointed lawyer is just going through the motions. This is not always the case.
You do not all the LAWS that's pertaining to your case, but you do know all of FACTS. Sharing those facts with your attorney can make a differnce in you winning or losing your case.
DO NOT LIKE THE OUTCOME: Once you are sentenced the court is obligated to advise you of your right to appeal.

Anyone facing federal charges or even anyone wanting to get a better understanding of how the federal legal system operates needs to read this book. The author includes real cases so readers can relate the book to their personal scenario.
